Business Development Manger / Sales Manager - PA Club at Dorchester Productions
June 2005 - December 2008
My role at The PA Club was to build from scratch a network of nearly 3,000 senior PAs and Executive Assistants.
Representing my organization to some of the largest entities in London, England. PAs and administrative professionals having very little corporate aid or support during the economic downturn, we were able to provide solutions towards a rapidly growing faced in their workplace. Covering all sectors of the modern marketplace, including banking, law, financial services, government, manufacturing, retail, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, private equity, hedge funds, venture capital - the list is endless.
All our PA members are carefully selected and are invited to join the Club by reason of their seniority and their ability to influence purchasing decisions; over 40% manage their own budget. Applications also come in via recommendations from existing members.They work at board level, i.e. for the Chairman, CEO, Executive Director, Senior Partner or Global Head of their firm.
My role was recruiting new members, acquire new sponsors, plan events, service our members and run an energetic office and sales team.
I also launched a membership program of carefully selected supplier Partners, reputable companies which offer the kind of goods and services relevant to our PA Members' needs. This included hotels, restaurants, venues, caterers, event organisers, private jet companies, wine merchants, corporate gift companies and so on â providing all the services that a busy PA requires to cater to the needs of a high net-worth boss.

Behind Every Truth
CEOâs Vow to EAO
As the CEO of this organization, I choose to open my life to the world and allow all of you to have access to my journey and participate along the way.
And therefore I pledge;
Every experience will be shared, every triumph will be celebrated, every concern will be voiced, every setback will evoke comeback, every fear will be followed, every failure will be learned from, and every challenge will be accepted.
A declaration to the universe that I will embrace, protect and nurture my personal truth, and joyfully share all of my being, through triumphs and adversity, while openly seeking guidance from my EAO family and trusted loyal council.
Candor is a virtue.
I will conclude with my personal incantation; of which I have implemented as the official BEL/EAO mantra;
I Will Embark
I Will Proceed
I Will Challenge
I Will Conquer
I Will Give
I Will Love
I Will Receive
I Will Succeed

Director of International Business Development at Pop Labs, Inc.
March 2007
Business Development Manager for one of the nations leading interactive agencies. Always actively seeking SMBâs who are hungry to grow, typically B2B industries, run by a CEO with the smarts to realize that in order to take their businesses to the next level, they must leave it to the experts! My intent is also to acquire more partnerships with various different industries that I see as a relevant collaboration. Itâs always exciting to meet CEOs across the country and learn about their ventures. Thereâs a magnitude of different types of businesses out there. All of which need our help in one way or even many. Most of all, itâs always gratifying seeing success stories from the fruits of our labor. I endeavor to engage many more entrepreneurs/CEOs and entrust them to acquire a firm such as Pop Labs to build and grow a successful presence and reputation online.

How it All Began at My Background...
January 1985
My entrepreneurial journey began at the young age of 12 years old. Growing up with my father was a wonderful, insightful apprenticeship. The lessons I learned helped mold me into the woman I am today.
I went from selling fruit, vegetables and hand picked Daffodils on the side of the road to becoming an Executive Assistant to two highly successful and renowned business tycoons. I fell in love the the empowerment I earned as a decisive, reliable, resourceful aid to my employers. I learned all aspects of business that you cannot learn from books. Risk taking, resilience, tenacity, and courage. It wasn't long before I took the road less traveled and became an entrepreneur myself.
Being a leader endures a yolk of responsibility. It too requires one to challenge themselves and take ownership of decisions we make and respond well to the results that they yield. Ask for help and never be afraid to admit that we simply don't have the answer. Yet!
Without evolution, we remain the same person we were yesterday.
